Returns and Exchange

CADARRA does not offer refunds, No exchanges are offered on “change of mind” items.

Faulty items can be returned, by providing CADARRA receives advice, from the purchaser, of the manufacturing fault within 7 days of the purchaser receiving the order. CADARRA will by return email, issue the purchaser with a exchange/return number.

CADARRA will not accept an item for exchange without a exchange/return number.

Any returned items must be new, unworn and have manufacturing fault.

Return Items must each have it’s swing tag attached with the original packaging included.

Change of mind orders will not be exchanged.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If the fault is recognised by CADARRAas a manufacturer’s, quality control issue, a replacement item will be shipped to the purchaser free of charge.
